The guesthouse offers 12 fully-fitted double and single rooms with complete bathroom facilities, a balcony or a terrace. All rooms come with all manner of amenities and services:
Air conditioning, a free safe able to store laptops, a telephone, a minibar with two courtesy bottles of mineral water, a flat-screen tv , Free WIFI access high speed, hair dryer, magnifying mirror in bathroom, amenities, high-end mattresses, pillow menu... in all rooms. .

PARKING
Parking right beside our guesthouse is no longer a problem. Take advantage of the agreement we have reached with the La Concha car park which is located just 1 minute away from the guesthouse. We have special prices there - €19.50 for 24 hours or €37.00 for 48 hours, exclusively for our guests. Please purchase your tickets at reception.
BREAKFAST
Breakfast is available in our associate’s cafeteria on the ground floor of the guesthouse building. Tickets costing €4.70 are available at reception.
INTERNET – WIFI
Our internet connection will allow you to navigate at maximum speed. It is available throughout the property

We believe that cleanliness is fundamental and we make sure that all our guests rooms and common areas are absolutely clean and tidy on arrival and throughout your stay with us.
